Steve has over 7 years of Human Resource Management experience and has worked in various Human Resource and leadership roles during his 25 years in the United States Air Force. His passion for the HR career field began when he was given the opportunity to serve as a First Sergeant, an Air Force role responsible for the morale, welfare and discipline of the organization to which it’s assigned. Steve joined the Waypoint Team in January 2023 and has enjoyed learning and growing in this new civilian role with our staff and leadership team.
